orientation was fun! =)
it's always the last day/finale tht everyone break down barriers and get crazy. -.-
normal.
hence, the last day was the most enjoyable one!

startin lectures on mon. like finally.. most of the jcs hav ardy started their lectures and bought uniforms and we're like only now starting.

today gang and i went to watch the dark knight at yt's hse.
the movie was nice. =)
action-packed and cool with a whole lot of psycho.
joker IS a psycho. lol.
well tht's what made the movie thrilling.
he keeps trying to tell ppl how he gets his scars. -.-
who cares abt his scars. lol.
anw, his social expt failed. showed tht ppl r not as heartless as him! HAHA.
intended to watch paranormal activity too but nt much time.
so we're watching tmr. =)

SYF jus ended.
evry1 did their best n njoyed thmselves etc..
but i just cant bear the shame we brought to our ancestors frm swiss winds.

the fact is we have not been maintaining our standard and our best is not enough.
no one is to blame xcept ourselves for being too complacent.

just had band camp frm 1-3dec.
was nt fun as i thot it wld b. xP
the only fun thing was the parade.
nono.. aft the parade. lols.
we mainly did sectionals n full band.
but thn still njoyed it!
anw, get to bond more with the section.
abt 5 more mths. T.T..

anw, 1st day was ok.
as always it is mainly full band n sectionals..
ate lunch at macs.
slept on the same hard surface with kavya tiq ameera rachel n min jei.
(sounds a bit wrong) haha.
oh ya n thnx min jei 4 the m&ms. lols.
N aft woke up frm slp my leg aching. xP
slp on table also no difference. lols.

2nd day
woke up n was VRY sleepy.
almost evryone half eye close one. xP
ate breakfast made by QMs.
french toast n it was ok. =)
lunch was HAHA.
slept a bit better.
instead of leg ache i got backache. -.-
haha.
ohya, donknow why now don hav water parade.

3rd day was the parade.
otw thr, evryone was like slping n it was like so quiet.
had a gd time laughing at juniors. xP
had rehearsals one at 2.30pm ard thr.
n it was like so HOT.
we were practically roasted. xP
haha. no laa.. just tht gt a BIG difference in skin colour.
stood beside jing mei n in front of kavya.
didn know jing mei talk a lot one. (in a gd way) =)
gt some entertainment. lolss.
thts why parade was sort of fun. HAHA.
during the actual thing i almost slept during the speech. xP
aft the parade some was more awake n high, the rest slept
so it was half as noisy.

in conclusion, had a gd time =))

she went 4 the chinese music competition thingy.

HI. band dinner yesterday was nice. =))
the food was also nice. haha..
went thr with tiq kavya n thomas.
all flautists present hav black in their outfit. =)

anw, desmond was the first to come (o.o) thn xueer thn ganteng.
sat at table1 with percussionists. like last yr..
it was fun listening to thm crapping. xP
the games were interesting n still gt the pageant.
tiq gt a little accident but she's ok aft tht. =)
thr was also yam seng n dawn, being the youngest, was invited to say it.
last yr was kavya. lols.. flautists.
the whole thing was ok.
when evrything ended, we gathered n took more pics as a section.

tday was swiss' open hse n i performed. =)
used the gold-plated piccolo. yay!
it is NOT opiang.

but xueer had to go off early. ...

anw, the open hse started at 9am but it was like so HOT.
we were like roasted thr.
but the performance was great.
n i was thirsty the whole day.

saw diana n i went to spin the wheel at their booth.
AND i got a GRAND PRIZE! cool.
but thn prizes r not for students in sch. sian..
so instead i took sweets. xP

HI.went to saf workshop.
n ruby n huiqi was late.. xP
but in the end we were still early.
met at jurong east mrt n off we go.
we were a bit lost after getting off bugis station. xP
we referred to the map n stalked some oth band ppl. lols
so we were on time. =))
thn we separated to go different campus.
me ruby huiqi yingda @ campus 1 n reynaro luqman @ campus 3..
thn wait talk wait talk and soon we went into our individual rooms.

in B2-03.
thr were like only abt 3 ppl in thr.
i intended to bombard her with qns but the saf guy was talking to her. -.-
oh ya. 'her' was MGySgt Betsy Hill. cool.
ok. thn as time passed by, more ppl came.
thn it finally started.
MGySgt Betsy Hill started introducing herself n her bckgrd etc.
thn one by one the NAFA ppl played to be evaluated by Betsy.
~~sian. n they were sort of airy but their vibrato was nice. xP~~
she taught us some tips thru their evaluation.
n i noted it down ok. haha..
so aft tht was Q&A.
ooo.. ooo.. (owl hooting)
1 by 1 ppl left. thn soon ppl were dragging their chairs..
so off i go to bombard her with qns b4 oth ppl steal her. xP
was kind of scary but jus wanted to get it over n done with.. lols

my nose bled jus now T.T
I was doing some 'research' on flutter tonguing
(wahh.. was bored so i decided to do smth useful other thn hw. xP)
thn felt smth flowing down my nose.
then i thot -i don hav flu. wat is this?-
soon it dripped onto my hand..
thn im like O.O
so i rushed to the toilet and washed it.
it kept flowing & flowing & im was so scared..
(cos nose bleed is like a bad sign or smth. like in "the ring")
so i held my nose to stop the blood flow but it still kept flowing. -.-
so my whole mouth was bloody.
it tastes so irony. lols..
n finally it stopped.
still scared.
it's either cos of bad sign/ cos of the cold bubble tea during the very hot weather jus now.

bck to flutter tonguing.
i only read ppl's comments on them not being able to flutter tongue.
++ there r 2 types of fluttering.
rolling the tongue/ vibrating the throat.
frm the way they say it, it needs practice. xP

it's abt the great canyon adventure..
it was interesting watching the effects and it's like u r really in a boat at the canyon.

HI. now there's like a bit of superglue on my hands.
xP.. it all started frm yest. night.
my sis wanted to put superglue on her shoe..
thn she asked for my help to open the superglue thing.
cos we r suppose to poke another layer thn can use it.

ok.. so i poked it thn BLA. the superglue burst out.
xP.. hehe.. thn there's like a lot on my hands..
so i rushed to the kitchen n quickly wash my hands.
im like so scared..
cos there's a lot.. then while i wash i could feel my fingers sticking..
i donknow how much soap i used.. xP
i keep washing my hands thoroughly..
still can feel it.. =(
